Nature at its' Best

I have recently been on nights.

One evening I came across one little pink winged creature floating past me. I stopped. To my surprise there were hundreds of fluttering butterflies landing on the wild grasses along my walk to the bus.

It was magnificent.

They had clearly all just become these beautiful delicacies as there were remnants of cocoons everywhere.

I felt privileged to be a witness to something so amazing, especially as not many people walk through this particular field, and so I felt like I was peering into a world the great masses don't even glimpse.

And then there they were, again, in the morning...

The Rock

Gibraltar is a tiny little city full of people, often mistaken for being "Little England".
While this may ring true for some aspects like the famous Casemates Square with its Subway and Fish and Chip shops, it is in actual fact hiding some hidden gems. After all it has the Med on one side and Atlantic sweeping through on the other and so oozes international appeal...

It is one of my favourite places to go as my family has a flat out there, so expect to see many more photos like these.
